Jelumi Gizlilik Politikası

1. Bu politika neyi kapsar?

Bu gizlilik politikası, bd interactive (BDstudio) tarafından geliştirilen Jelumi mobil oyunu (Google Play paket adı: com.bdinteractive.jelumi) için geçerlidir.

2. Hangi verileri topluyoruz?

Jelumi kişisel veri toplamaz. Oyunda hesap ya da kayıt yoktur. Adın, e-posta adresin, konumun, rehberin, fotoğrafların, cihaz kimliğin ya da reklam kimliğin gibi bilgilere erişmeyiz ve bunları toplamayız. Oyunda internet bağlantısı kullanan bir özellik yoktur; Jelumi tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır.

3. Cihazında saklanan bilgiler

Oyunun çalışması için aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca senin cihazında, uygulamaya özel alanda saklanır:

• Oyun ilerlemesi: macera seviyelerinde kazanılan yıldızlar, en yüksek skorlar, günlük görev ilerlemesi ve seri.
• Ayarlar: ses, müzik, titreşim ve dil tercihi.

Bu bilgiler bize ya da üçüncü kişilere gönderilmez ve Android'in bulut yedeklemesine dahil edilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırdığında ya da uygulama verilerini temizlediğinde kalıcı olarak silinir.

4. Uygulama izinleri

Jelumi yalnızca titreşim iznini kullanır; bloklar patladığında ve yerleştiğinde dokunsal geri bildirim vermek için. Titreşimi oyunun ayarlarından istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.

5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Jelumi'de reklam, analiz ya da sosyal medya hizmeti bulunmaz. Oyunu Google Play üzerinden indirdiğinde Google, kendi gizlilik politikası çerçevesinde bazı bilgileri işleyebilir (örneğin indirme kaydı ve, cihazında buna izin verdiysen, çökme ve performans raporları). Bu raporlar bize Google Play Console üzerinden yalnızca anonim ve toplu olarak ulaşır.

6. Çocuklar

Jelumi her yaştan oyuncuya uygundur. Hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığımız için çocuklardan da bilerek veri toplamayız.

7. Hakların

Kişisel veri işlemediğimiz için senden saklanan bir kişisel verin bulunmaz. Yine de 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ya da GDPR kapsamındaki hakların veya bu politika hakkında her türlü soruyu bize iletebilirsin.

8. Değişiklikler

İleride oyuna reklam, analiz ya da çevrimiçi özellikler eklenirse, bu özellikler yayına girmeden önce bu politika güncellenir ve Google Play'deki veri güvenliği bilgileri de buna göre değiştirilir. Politikanın güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır.

Jelumi Privacy Policy

In short: Jelumi does not collect any personal data and does not connect to the internet. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your own device.

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the Jelumi mobile game developed by bd interactive (BDstudio) (Google Play package name: com.bdinteractive.jelumi).

2. Data we collect

Jelumi does not collect personal data. There are no accounts or sign-ups. We do not access or collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID. The game has no features that use an internet connection; Jelumi works completely offline.

3. Information stored on your device

To make the game work, the following information is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage:

• Game progress: stars earned in adventure levels, high scores, daily mission progress and streak.
• Settings: sound, music, vibration and language preferences.

This information is never sent to us or to third parties and is excluded from Android cloud backup. It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

4. App permissions

Jelumi only uses the vibration permission, to give haptic feedback when blocks pop and land. You can turn vibration off at any time in the game settings.

5. Third-party services

Jelumi contains no advertising, analytics or social media services. When you download the game from Google Play, Google may process some information under its own privacy policy (for example, the install record and, if you allowed it on your device, crash and performance reports). These reports reach us through Google Play Console only in anonymous, aggregated form.

6. Children

Jelumi is suitable for players of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from children either.

7. Your rights

Because we do not process personal data, we hold no personal data about you. You can still contact us with any question about your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) or the GDPR, or about this policy.

8. Changes

If advertising, analytics or online features are added to the game in the future, this policy will be updated before those features are released, and the data safety information on Google Play will be updated accordingly. The current version of this policy is always available on this page.
